The materials in this collection cover 1967-2020. Reports are generated annually, with a few exceptions. A fall publication cycle is most common, as the reports typically reflect the fiscal year which has just concluded. Occasionally, a supplementary report from the BCC Foundation is included. Print copies of the reports are available for 1967-2019. The report for 2019-2020 was exclusively a digital publication (as it was generated during the COVID-19 epidemic). Current digital copies are available on the Public Relations webpage. No reports were generated in 2011 or 2012. There is no available report for 1983.
