The materials in this collection range from 1970-2016. Most years in this time period are represented in the commencement programs, with the exception of 1975, 1979-1981, and 2005. Programs for commencement awards ceremonies are also included from 1986-2011 (not every year in this time period is represented). The collection also includes commencement-related material, such as correspondence (primarily emails), flyers, and other announcements, from 1996-2011. Audiovisual material of the 2006-2008 commencement exercises are included in this collection in DVD and VHS formats.
